At Anime Swords™️, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cosplay apparel and accessories. If your gear doesn't fit your warrior spirit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective sleeves are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our forge masters inspect the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
